			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Picture yourself a few weeks from now looking in the mirror after a workout and seeing your abs popping out like never before! You will achieve this look by using these oblique techniques and learning more about how to get abs and muscles. Does working your oblique really give you that ripped 6pack or is it just a waste of time?</p>
<p>Without a doubt it will give you a ripped 6pack here is why.</p>
<p>Have you been working hard to get results but have seen none? Do you only work your beach muscles, biceps, pecks and abs? This is the reason you do not have abs of steel.</p>
<p>You need to work out all your muscles in order to get your 6pack. Your body will only grow one muscle so big before you need to work your other muscles.<span id="more-2264"></span></p>
<p>After you have started to work out your whole body yes this includes your legs, you will look and feel bigger within weeks. Start using these oblique techniques and continue searching for how to get abs and muscles and you will start to see results.</p>
<p>Here are the 3 oblique techniques.</p>
<p>1: Renegade dumbbell rows. Start in a push-up position with your hands on two dumbbells. Stabilize your body with one arm while rowing the other dumbbell up to your chest. Lower it to the ground and then row the other arm up while stabilizing with the opposing arm. By stabilizing while rowing your entire mid section will get a great workout. You will feel it in your abs trust me!</p>
<p>2: Front squats with barbell. Stabilize the barbell in front of you on your shoulders by crossing your arms and pushing on the barbell with your fists. Keep your arms up 90 degrees to your body and then just do a normal squat. Although this move is mainly for your legs you will feel it in your abs because the barbell is in front of you and it will take extreme stabilization from your abs.</p>
<p>3: Mountain climbers on floor. Start in a push-up position and then bring one leg up so your knee is under your chest then back to starting position. For an advanced version move your arms forward and back about 8 inches while moving your legs. This makes it much harder and more of a full body workout.</p>
<p>You should rest for about 30 seconds between each set and about 1-2 minutes between each exercise. This will give you the best abs workout you have ever done without directly working your abs.</p>

<p>Bodybuilders can recover from bad times faster than anyone else. They can build more muscle even when it seems there is nothing else to be built. If they, for some reason, get out of shape, they&#8217;ll be back to what they were faster than most people.</p>
<p>I don&#8217;t think that is an accident. I strongly believe there is secret. Some kind of principle they follow, or rule, that helps them reach that kind of results. And that is what you need to find out if you want to have the same kind of results.</p>
<p>What is this secret anyway?</p>
<p>Accuracy. That is the ultimate secret to muscle building that almost everyone highly oversees.</p>
<p>Think about these questions:</p>
<p>* How many people you know keep track of exactly everything they do that can influence their bodybuilding lifestyle?<br />
* How many people you know keep track of what they eat and when they eat?<br />
* How many people you know test things to see what best suits their needs?<br />

<p>The truth is that most people don&#8217;t take bodybuilding seriously. They just keep doing random things thinking everything is alright.</p>
<p>Working out everyday and eating much is going to give you muscle, right? Wrong! You need to know exactly what you&#8217;re doing. Accuracy is the key.</p>
<p>Professional bodybuilders don&#8217;t like supplements because they&#8217;re better than food. They know supplements cannot replace food. They use supplements because it&#8217;s easier to be accurate if you have the exact measures. Supplements allow you to do that &#8211; they allow you to know exactly how much you&#8217;re eating. It&#8217;s all about accuracy.</p>
<p>Why most people wouldn&#8217;t benefit from accuracy?</p>
<p>There is a certain amount of calories you to eat, and the same happens for proteins, carbohydrates, fats, some vitamins, etc. How are you supposed to find out those numbers?</p>
<p>The answer is information. The problem is that most people don&#8217;t have access to the information teaching how you find these numbers. Since they&#8217;re specific for each person, you won&#8217;t find them in magazines or anything else. And, it&#8217;s a little more complicated than multiplying your body mass by a factor of something like 18 (which is what some &#8220;gurus&#8221; are saying out there).</p>
<p>That is why most people wouldn&#8217;t benefit from accuracy. They don&#8217;t have the chance of getting these information. So, they&#8217;d know they need the information, but they have no clue where to get it.</p>
<p>Putting everything together</p>
<p>You need accurate data you can use to build muscle and you build such data by having information. Seems complicated, but it actually is not.</p>

<p>It&#8217;s not your fault. For example, you cannot blame a scientist for not finding the cure for cancer if he doesn&#8217;t have a chance to conclude or learn it. <p>Nutrition, nutrition, nutrition</p>
<p>You know how businessman always say that it&#8217;s all about real estate, real estate, real estate? Well, in the fitness world, we have a similar phrase. It&#8217;s all about nutrition, nutrition, nutrition. No matter how hard you train, you will not get the body you desire unless you eat right! So drop the processed foods, get rid of the junk, and start eating lean meat and fruits and vegetables and get on your way to getting the body you want.<span id="more-2278"></span></p>
<p>Train Like You MEAN IT</p>
<p>Yes, we know, you go to the gym. But if you spend 30 minutes talking with your buddies in the locker room (you know who you are), 40 minutes doing easy but long cardio and another 40 minutes in the sauna, you are NOT training right. Try going to the gym, changing, warming up for 5-10 minutes on the bike and then doing high intensity workouts. That means instead of biking or running long distance, sprint for short distances. Go at body weight exercises full force, and use weights safely but with meaning. That&#8217;s the ONLY way to get into shape.</p>

<p>Are you the guy who&#8217;s tried everything and still can&#8217;t put on enough lean muscle? Well, you&#8217;ve probably gotten a ton of lousy advice from the magazines and the supplement companies. Happens every day.</p>
<p>When building lean muscle fast it&#8217;s all about having short intense workouts a few times a week and getting a lot of good solid rest and recovery.</p>
<p>See our muscles grow during the rest and recovery phase and if we don&#8217;t get enough rest we&#8217;ll never grow. Conversely if we don&#8217;t lift with enough intensity we won&#8217;t grow either. It&#8217;s a balancing act.</p>
<p>We don&#8217;t need the latest and greatest supplements, just good clean food and calories, and short intense workouts. What do I mean by intense? Well, I mean 2 &#8211; 4 sets where you&#8217;re lifting heavy with strict form.</p>
<p>You&#8217;ve got to tear down the muscles within 45 minutes or you&#8217;re wasting your time, anything more than that will have your testosterone levels plummeting.<span id="more-2274"></span></p>
<p>Correct Routines</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s talk about the routines we&#8217;ve all seen the body building magazines. I&#8217;ll be honest those are for steroid freaks, not honest hardworking guys like you and me.</p>
<p>The pure volume of those routines just isn&#8217;t possible without chemical help. If you&#8217;ve tried to follow these routines before and didn&#8217;t gain, that&#8217;s the reason why.</p>
<p>Gaining muscle is actually really easy if you don&#8217;t over train. Lift heavy, eat enough protein and calories and you&#8217;ll grow. Alright, there&#8217;s a little more to it, but honestly those are the immovable beginning laws.</p>
<p>Staying Lean</p>
<p>Allow me to give you a tip about staying lean while packing on mass. The most important thing to remember is to cycle your carbohydrate intakes.</p>
<p>On non-lifting-days you&#8217;re going to want to lower your carbohydrate intake and raise your protein and good fat intakes. When we don&#8217;t need the glucose boost we want it out of our blood streams.</p>
<p>Because there is nothing that packs on extra fat weight than high blood levels of insulin and glucose day after day after day. Cycling is one of the keys to staying lean.</p>
