Where's Your Night Mouth Guard? Did You Forget it Again?

So you have a night mouth guard as well? And let me guess, you went travelling to the next city, the next country, or even the other side of the world … and you forgot to pack the night mouth guard with you?

Then as you were going to bed on your first night in your new town you brushed your teeth and went to get your guard and that’s when, much like Homer Simpson, you said “Doh!”.

You thought you’d be ok though … but as you struggled to get to sleep you found yourself biting on the sheet or the pillow just to get some comfort. And when you woke up in the morning, you felt like you’d had a rough night’s sleep and your mouth just didn’t feel particularly normal.

Hands up who’s had this happen to them? Wow, the whole room it seems!

If I’ve just perfectly described an experience you’ve had then you, like me, know the pain and suffering that bruxism can cause, and how much of a pain it can be when you forget to take your night mouth guard with you.

However, when foods are bad they tend to be nice so one bag no and then is allowed!

It is not just food that is bad for the teeth. Drinks can also be very bad too. Coffee can cause discoloring and quickly and make them yellow. Unfortunately, over time not only pages of books, but teeth too turn to yellow, therefore to whiten teeth is necessary for everyone. The process of yellowing is completely natural, but it spoils our smile and gives us an old age, which nobody wants to talk about. What is the matter then? The point is that the glare is given to the teeth by enamel – the outer protective layer of the teeth. Over the time enamel becomes thinner, and through it a yellow dentin begins to exude – the inner substance of the teeth. Those who are excessively fond of sweets, they should know that their teeth are prone to yellowing in the first place. Why? Sugar is digested by bacteria that live in the mouth, as a result it excretes acid that eating away the enamel, which in turn covers the teeth with invisible to the eye tiny pores. And pigments of coffee, tea, berries, red wine, juices, colas, and other coloring products are trapped in these pores.Cigarettes and tartar leave very noticeable marks too.

Remove Tonsil Stones With Simple Home Remedies

When the tonsil glands get filled with food particles and dust it is possible to develop tonsil stones. Unfortunately many people do not realize the reason for bad breath and go about eating fresheners and mints that only offer temporary relief. It is possible to remove tonsil stones by using simple techniques that people have used for several centuries. These techniques do not involve any surgical intervention.

Tablets that have active oxygen can help in dissolving the stones. Nasal drops that have active oxygen may also help to remove the stones. Oxygenating sprays can be used to kill anaerobic bacteria that causes bacterial infection and bad breath.

Another slow method to remove tonsil stones is to use warm water to wash your mouth and throat. Warm water will help in softening the stones slowly. If you regularly try this method after sufficient softening of the stones you may be able to cough out the stones.
