			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) can be an extremely powerful tool for creating positive changes in your life. While even a very basic and sporadic &#8220;tapping practice&#8221; can be beneficial, there are many ways to make your use of EFT more effective. One simple strategy is to keep a written record of your tapping experiences. Certainly, not every single &#8220;tap session&#8221; needs to be noted. Little things like tapping when you&#8217;ve burned your finger on the stove, or can&#8217;t find the car keys, probably don&#8217;t need to be written down (unless either of these is a routine occurrence &#8211; then it might be related to a core issue, and worth looking at in closer detail!) I do think it&#8217;s enormously valuable to keep detailed notes about tapping sessions on the &#8220;big issues&#8221; you&#8217;re working on &#8211; the chronic ones like an ongoing health challenge.<span id="more-3567"></span></p>
<p>Here are six different ways that keeping a tapping journal can lead to more effective and powerful EFT sessions:</p>
<p>1. Keep track of issues and incidents you want to tap on: This could include a list of stressful past experiences on which you want to clear emotional intensity, or notes on different aspects of a particular issue (like chronic back pain) that you want to explore in your tapping. Keeping these all jotted down in one place means you won&#8217;t have to waste time at the start of your EFT session wondering what to tap on!</p>
<p>2. Record issues and aspects you&#8217;ve tapped on: Note whether you did the work on your own or with a practitioner or tapping partner. Often, even if you&#8217;ve tapped on something on your own, it may be worth exploring again with a tapping partner &#8211; they can help you see aspects of the issue you may have missed.</p>
<p>3. Document changes in intensity levels (0-10 &#8220;SUDS&#8221; score) before and after tapping: This allows you to get a clear picture of how effective your tapping is. This is particularly important when you&#8217;re working on your own &#8211; sometimes EFT works so well that you can &#8220;forget&#8221; that the issue that is now a zero used to be a ten!</p>
<p>4. Write down new aspects, incidents and insights that surface during your tapping sessions: This is valuable information that will come in handy for future tapping sessions! It&#8217;s important to note these details down as soon as possible so you don&#8217;t forget about them later. These notes may help you see themes that will allow you to detect a core issue.</p>
<p>5. Record &#8220;homework assignments&#8221; and/or tapping phrases: If you&#8217;re working with an EFT practitioner or tapping partner, they will likely give you some suggestions about tapping you can do on your own in between sessions. You can also record anything new that comes up while you&#8217;re doing your homework assignments, to discuss with your practitioner or tapping partner during your next session.</p>
<p>6. Note shifts in perception/experience: I ask clients to pay attention to what happens in their life related to the issue we&#8217;ve been tapping on. Sometimes things shift in such a subtle way that if you&#8217;re not paying attention, you don&#8217;t notice the change! So, for example, if you&#8217;ve been working on a weight issue, notice any ways that your experiences with your body and/or food feel different to you.</p>
<p>Keeping a tapping journal has been tremendously useful for me personally, and I now encourage all of my clients to keep one, too! I hope you&#8217;ll consider starting your own tapping journal to enhance your EFT sessions.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There are times when all of us get into the &#8220;poor me&#8221; mindset. My house isn&#8217;t big enough, my kids aren&#8217;t good enough, my partner isn&#8217;t attentive enough, my job isn&#8217;t fulfilling enough. Somehow, it&#8217;s easy to see that glass as half empty. At the time that we&#8217;re doing that complaining, we are overlooking some seriously important and wonderful parts of our lives.</p>
<p>Maybe your house isn&#8217;t as large as you&#8217;d like, but the fact that you HAVE a house is something to be grateful for, especially in this rough economy. Maybe your children don&#8217;t always behave as well as you&#8217;d like them to, but there are lots of people who would give anything just to be able to have a child, so how fortunate are you? Your partner isn&#8217;t attentive enough? Did it ever occur to you to be thankful that you have a partner who cares about you, and that you aren&#8217;t having to deal with life&#8217;s ups and down all alone? So your job isn&#8217;t quite what you&#8217;d like it to be. In a time of massive layoffs and people going hungry or losing their homes because they no longer have a paycheck, you DO! Be grateful for that.<span id="more-2442"></span></p>
<p>You see where I&#8217;m going with this. Instead of complaining about what you don&#8217;t have and how flawed your life is, how about working on appreciating what you DO have? REALLY appreciating it! Even better, how about learning to look for all the little gifts that life gives us, and realizing how precious they are?</p>
<p>Life gives us gifts every single day, but if you aren&#8217;t looking for them, and don&#8217;t recognize them as gifts, you&#8217;re losing out.</p>
<p>I have found out that for me personally, the little gifts never have anything to do with money or prosperity or anything like that. The gifts are smaller and more subtle. There is nothing that I like better than waking up to birds singing right outside my bedroom window. I can&#8217;t take that beautiful birdsong to the bank, but I can certainly appreciate how much the song brightens my day.</p>
<p>Another small gift that I love is the sound of raindrops on my roof. There is something deeply relaxing about the sound, something that makes me look forward to those rainy days in a way I never did before.</p>
<p>I have learned to recognize many gifts in my life, and recognizing them as gifts enhances the quality of my life. I have three spoiled and wonderful cats that I love. Having one of them crawl into my lap and look up at me adoringly is always a gift. I live far from my family, so a phone call from my son or my sister is always a gift too. Dinner with an old and treasured friend, an unexpected card, letter or package, time in the bookstore with my daughter, who thinks as I do and believes the bookstore to be a perfect place to be. So many gifts that I&#8217;m truly glad I haven&#8217;t missed noticing.</p>

<p>Tapping Script For Developing an Attitude of Gratitude</p>
<p>Setup Phrases &#8211; Karate chop:</p>
<p>Eyebrow: I don&#8217;t always notice the good things in my life</p>
<p>Outside eye: Even if they&#8217;re right in front of my eyes</p>
<p>Under eye: I don&#8217;t always realize how much I have to be grateful for</p>
<p>Under nose: But I always seem to notice the things to complain about</p>
<p>Chin: Wouldn&#8217;t it be nice if I recognized all those good things?</p>
<p>Collar bone: Maybe it&#8217;s time to start looking at life with new eyes</p>
<p>Under arm: So that I can see all the gifts that come my way</p>
<p>Top of head: And appreciate every one of them!</p>
<p>Eyebrow: There are miracles happening around me every day</p>
<p>Outside eye: If I&#8217;ll only open my eyes to them</p>
<p>Under eye: If the sun is shining and the birds are singing</p>
<p>Under nose: Those are miracles worth recognizing</p>
<p>Chin: If I have a roof over my head and food in my stomach</p>
<p>Collar bone: That&#8217;s a lot to be grateful for</p>
<p>Under arm: People around me that care about me are an incredible gift</p>
<p>Top of head: I&#8217;m so happy to be seeing all the gifts in my life.</p>
<p>Eyebrow: I really do have a lot to be grateful for</p>
<p>Outside eye: And I feel so much better now that I&#8217;ve recognized that</p>
<p>Under eye: Feeling more and more grateful for the blessings in my life</p>
<p>Under nose: Thank you, thank you, thank you for the people around me</p>
<p>Chin: So grateful for the blue sky, the white fluffy clouds and the shining sun</p>
<p>Collar bone: So happy to face each day with a smile instead of a frown</p>
<p>Under arm: I&#8217;ve made a choice in my life</p>
<p>Top of head: And I&#8217;m choosing an attitude of gratitude for all my blessings.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As an EFT practitioner, I have many examples of how our mind can cause actual physical changes in our body. I have never seen a case more compelling, however, then an experience that I had myself.</p>
<p>I was scheduled to do a session with someone that I was a bit intimidated by. By the day before the session, I was full of anxiety about the session, although I really wasn&#8217;t at all sure what the reason was for all that anxiety.</p>
<p>I woke on the morning of the scheduled session and noticed some itching in the palms of my hands. The itching was only mildly annoying at first, and I didn&#8217;t pay much attention to it. As time went by, the itching became more annoying and more severe, until I finally turned up the lights to take a good look at my hands. I was horrified to see that both my hands were covered with big, red, incredibly itchy hives. There were so many hives that you could barely see any normal skin.</p>
<p>My first thought was that I had inadvertently touched something to which I was allergic. I started tapping immediately.<span id="more-3571"></span></p>
<p>&#8220;Even though I have these red, itchy hives all over my hands and it looks like an allergic reaction, but I don&#8217;t know what the reaction is to&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Even though these itchy hives are driving me crazy, and I must be allergic to something, I&#8217;m ready for the reaction to reverse itself&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Even though I must have touched something that I&#8217;m badly allergic to, and whatever it was made me break out in hives&#8221;</p>
<p>What I found as I tapped was that the hives would start to clear a little, the itching would become a bit less intense, and I would get a small amount of relief, but as soon as I stopped tapping, the hives would return, just as severe as they had been prior to the tapping.</p>
<p>After tapping on an off for a couple of hours, with no sustained relief, I contacted a friend and fellow practitioner. I explained what was going on, and we started discussing what might be behind those awful hives. With a little push in the right direction from my friend, I realized that the hives were a manifestation of my anxiety over the upoming session.</p>
<p>For an EFT practitioner, it made a weird kind of sense. The tool that a practitioner uses in sessions is their hands. If my hands were so badly broken out that I couldn&#8217;t use them to tap with, how could I possibly conduct the session that I was so anxious about?</p>
<p>Now tapping with my practitioner friend, the focus of the tapping changed.</p>
<p>&#8220;Even though I&#8217;m so anxious about the session I&#8217;m supposed to do with ________ that the anxiety is showing up in my hands&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Even though I have _________ in my hands, and I&#8217;m having an allergic reaction to that&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Even though I&#8217;m so nervous about the session that my nerves are causing red, itchy hives all over my hands&#8221;</p>
<p>Tapping with this focus started to finally bring me some relief. Gradually the red bumps grew smaller and smaller, and the itching became less and less intense. My hands started to look more normal, and we continued tapping.</p>
<p>&#8220;Even though I can&#8217;t do this session if I have ____________ in my hands, I&#8217;m ready for the hives to disappear&#8221;</p>
<p>&#8220;Even though I&#8217;m still a little nervous, I really want to do the session, and I&#8217;m ready for my hands to return to normal&#8221;</p>
<p>At the end of 45 minutes, the hives were completely gone, there was no more itching, and my hands appeared to be totally normal again.</p>
<p>I still marvel, though, over the power that my head had over my body, and how strongly my fears manifested in a physical way. Since then I have thought many times of how many other ways we all must be manifesting feelings and emotions physically, without ever having a clue as to what is behind those physical manifestations.</p>
<p>Mind over matter? Absolutely!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Perception: The recognition and interpretation of sensory stimuli based chiefly on memory. &#8220;We don&#8217;t see things as they are, we see them as we are.&#8221; &#8211; Anais Nin. However, when faced with a barrage of challenges, there&#8217;s a natural and powerful force that can suck you into themes and memories of the masses (fear, pessimism, misery) instead of your own. Be aware and think it through. Also, it might be time to create some new memories.</p>
<p>When you expand your thoughts and experiences, your perceptions will follow. A delightful illustration: Mark Twain, when 14, wrote that he thought his father was so ignorant that he could hardly stand to have him around. He added &#8220;When I got to be 21, I was astonished at how much he had learned in 7 years.&#8221; Pause to process . . . now, fast forward 7 years. Does today look different?</p>
<p>It&#8217;s also effective to gain perspective by stepping outside and looking in. Here is an exercise designed to open the eyes of those sporting rose colored glasses as well as those donning double eye patches. All the world&#8217;s a stage! Pretend for a paragraph that you are watching a play of your life. Is it a comedy, drama, tragedy? How long has this play been running? Is it successful? How many acts and scenes are there? Are the original actors still performing? Are they any good? What is the setting? What is your role?<span id="more-2413"></span></p>
<p>1. Stage LEFT! You havfe bowed out and rejoined the audience to watch and critique.<br />
2. Behind the Scenes: You work hard, receive recognition . . . or feel burned out, bored, and unappreciated.<br />
3. Supporting Role: You are satisfied but keep your eyes open for your big break.<br />
4. Lead Actor: You are the center of attention and not really concerned with much else. Reviews are good and you&#8217;re rockin&#8217;!<br />
5. Director/Producer: You are in charge, calling the shot, and coordinating all the pieces and players.</p>
<p>Do you stick to one role or combine a few? You may be pleased with your performance and settle in for another season. You may dust off that huge hook, yank some folks off stage and send them to the Soaps. You might have no desire to partake in this play any longer.</p>
<p>The curtain closes. In any event, whether you pretend or act, you enrich and enliven your experiences. Then, when faced with opportunities to &#8220;keep it in perspective&#8221;, you will have that many more costumes, themes, sets, and lines to chose from. &#8220;Whether you think you are (optimistic, happy, fulfilled) or that you are not, you are usually right.&#8221; Act 1, Scene 1 . . . the curtain rises.</p>
<p>Time&#8217;s a Tickin&#8217;: &#8220;1st rule of holes. When you&#8217;re in one, quit digging.&#8221; Ever waste time complaining, commiserating, and repeating scenes gone awry ad nauseum?</p>
<p>1. Deal with conflicts ASAP. Write (even if you don&#8217;t send), call, email then let it go. It will release the tension. Often it is you who suffers while the other sits clueless.<br />
2. Focus on your message and be satisfied with your effort regardless of the reply.<br />
3. Establish a plan for behaving and responding in the future and give yourself a break.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There seems to be no control over the feelings we experience. This is because there is an almost universal mis-perception that what we are experiencing is the result of something outside of us. We assume it to be the situations and circumstances of our life, the reality that is seen and thought about. Because of this never examined assumption, life is lived in error and our way of looking at life, leaves us no real control. There is only an ability to manipulate the hand we are dealt.</p>
<p>Everything changes when you are able to perceive accurately this physical law of the universe: energy precedes all things, even your thoughts. Making this distinction can open up possibilities you couldn&#8217;t otherwise imagine. And when you do, you will be able to deliberately choose to seek out better feeling thoughts. We are sensorial beings, we sense everything and it is our experience of life that matters to us. The range of emotions is vast and at the lower end of the spectrum one might experience helplessness, powerlessness and hopelessness and at the highest end would be the experiences of happiness, joy, bliss and ecstasy. In between there are many degrees. The words are what we have given labels to in order that we can talk about them to ourselves and others.<span id="more-2434"></span></p>
<p>But the key piece of knowledge I hope to pass along for you to consider is this: Your intention to deliberately look for a better feeling thought increases your vibrational frequency. We live in a vibrationally based universe which of course allows us to experience the expansion of the universe, or in other words, time. We read and interpret everything based on its vibration. Sound waves, colors, light etc., are all continuously being interpreted by everyone. A thought is energy first.</p>
<p>The error we make is simple. We flatly assume that the thought occurred and then we felt bad thinking about it. Though it may very well appear that way, it is not. When it is your intention to find a better interpretation for a situation you are facing, it feeling better. You only would do that because it was your intention to feel better. Because of that and that alone, thoughts came to the surface for you to recognize.</p>
<p>If you want to feel better you must bring it forth by reaching for some better feeling interpretations of how it is. But there is another thing that goes on. We assign certain emotions to be sad and others happy. When you feel loved by someone you have a mutual feeling for, you feel happy. You may feel joyful and even blissful at times. On the other hand if that person leaves you for another you might feel deeper emotions than simply sadness.</p>
<p>So a technique for moving yourself from the feelings and emotions you appears to be stuck in, that you might experience more happiness, joy and freedom is this: Move yourself into an environment of happiness and joy by reaching for better feeling thoughts about the things which are on your mind. Reach for the best things you can, just a little bit at a time. Find something you like about it and just keep moving in that direction. There is so much joy available just for you that you would be shocked to know.</p>
<p>Here one more thing. You can feed or lay out in front of you the energies of what&#8217;s about to come into your life. By giving appreciation and acknowledging your gratitude for the miraculous life you have, knowing that the more there is to learn will provide you with freedom and joy beyond any bounds you can imagine.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Studies have confirmed that the air we breathe in our homes is many times more polluted then the outside air. That is quite alarming, given that outside air is contaminated heavily with vehicle and industrial pollutants, molds, spores and other contaminates.</p>
<p>Cleaning the air in our home with high quality air purifiers and cleaners is not only wise, but results in fewer family breathing problems and illnesses. With the right systems, viruses and bacteria which are often the source of respiratory illnesses, will be removed. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Breathe, Breathe, Breathe!!&#8230;&#8230;its not only what nurses and doctors tell their patient during childbirth&#8230;trainers use those words everyday&#8230;.several times over and over! Breathing is essential for not only living, but also important in order to have a great workout.</p>
<p>Lets take a deeper look how to improve your workouts and your life with proper breathing. As you may already know some of the downfalls of improper breathing include:</p>
<p>· Dizziness<br />
· Numbness<br />
· Anxiety<br />
· Shoulder, neck pain<br />
· Stiff muscles<br />
· Chest pain<br />
· Mental Fog<span id="more-2438"></span></p>
<p>According to breathing expert Dr Andrew Weil &#8220;We are taught to suck in our guts and puff out our chests, which causes the muscles to tense and respiration rate to increase. As a result, we are a nation of shallow &#8220;chest breathers,&#8221; who primarily use the middle and upper portions of the lungs. Babies breathe from the belly, but with age, most people shift from this healthy abdominal breathing to shallow chest breathing.&#8221;</p>
<p>Stop and smell the roses! You will see significant improvement in your workouts as well as decrease your stress levels. Here are some highlights of proper breathing:</p>
<p>· Supplying oxygen for your energy production pump<br />
· Improves concentration and focus<br />
· Feeds the working muscle with constant and sufficient oxygen to contract efficiently without fatiguing too quickly<br />
· Reduces stress<br />
· Reduces blood pressure<br />
· Increases metabolism, which can help in digestion and weight loss</p>
<p>Among those mentioned above are far more benefits to breathing properly&#8230;.so how do you breath property? Lets look at breathing techniques both during a workout and while at rest:</p>
<p>During workout:<br />
Inhale during the easiest part of the exercise. For example, during a bicep curl, you should inhale right when you pause and while lowering the weight. Exhale when you are raising the dumbbells, which would be the hardest part of the exercise.<br />
Maintain a rhythm that is neither too fast or too slow which can lead to hyperventilation or dizziness, respectively.</p>
<p>While at rest:<br />
Here is an excellent plan to tranquilize your nervous system:<br />
(The following plan was suggested by Dr. Andrew Weil&#8211;an expert in natural health and proper breathing techniques.)</p>
<p>You can do this laying down or sitting up with your back straight. Make sure to place the tip of your tongue against the ridge of tissue just behind your upper front teeth, and keep it there throughout the exercise.</p>
<p>1.) Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound.<br />
2.) Close your mouth and inhale quietly through your nose to a mental count of four.<br />
3.) Hold your breath for a count of seven.<br />
4.) Exhale completely through your mouth, making a whoosh sound to a count of eight.<br />
5.) This is one breath. Now inhale again and repeat the cycle three more times for a total of four breaths.</p>
<p>Make sure that you always inhale quietly through your nose and exhale through your mouth (loudly). Exhalation takes twice as long as inhaling. This is the ideal exercise to incorporate right after you wake up and right before bedtime.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A computer game that may assist in the eradication of diseases and the obliteration of some!</p>
<p>Given that I have thrown this idea out into the world in the hope that it will reach critical mass, it will probably now have to come from some public sector boffins rather than some business engine. At the very least this little essay is a goofy neuro finger print into the mindset of misplaced potential, at best&#8230;it&#8217;s a viable idea! That is not to say that there cannot be many variations, mutations and developments from this idea &#8211; I hope there are. Besides, I no longer care as I&#8217;m flying off with aliens &#8211; N&#8217;yeh!</p>
<p>Psychosoma is an adventure that takes places inside the human body. Not just any human body but the body of the player. Its primary purpose is to assist the player in the healing and repair of any mechanical damage or disease. This is done by creating a reproduction of a part of a brain or body from an actual cat/bio scan which maps the area local to the disease or damage and provides a complete cross-section 3d photograph. That image is then uploaded onto a computer or onto a platform like The Sony PS3 and when integrated with the software, once again becomes a fully fluid representation of the body at the moment of scanning, complete with injury and/or disease.</p>
<p>There are many cases where psychosomatic input can have a significant, if not, profound effects in assisting the eradication of something like a tumor or the time and effectiveness of injury repair through conventional means. There are a sufficient number of cases where there is a total recovery. In such cases, however, it is helpful if the person is able to make massive lifestyle changes, diet, environment or more rarely, a massive a paradigm shift.<span id="more-3577"></span></p>
<p>The more inclined a person is to having positive psychosomatic attitude, the greater the chances and effects of healing and repairs. One of the main obstacles to psychosomatic repair or health management in general, is an inherently self-destructive mindset that comes with being human. Very few people naturally possess an ultra positive mindset, most of us have to get there with meditation, mantras, education, struggle, seemingly God-given disasters, or, if we are very lucky; a lot of money. Very few people achieve a level that could challenge a major threat to health or life. The superstitious claims of spiritual types have helped to prejudice the very real possibility that we all have a powerful influence over our bodies in a psychosomatic way. Most people have the idea that the psychosomatic effect is supernatural or mystical and therefore to be dismissed as spiritual bullshit.</p>
<p>In order to assist healing and repair psychosomatically, we have to bypass ego; inherent negative thought patterns and stress reflexes.</p>
<p>There are many anecdotes of successful psychosomatic healing and repair and many of them are simply untrue or exaggerated. Many are negating of the fact, that the person was undergoing some other good old-fashioned tried and tested orthodox treatments from our much maligned Western Medicine which has served most of us well, most of the time. There are enough, however, to suggest that there is, for whatever reason, a very real phenomenon. You don&#8217;t have to get all spiritual to buy into the idea that you have some degree of influence or ownership of your own body.</p>
<p>If culturally inherited beliefs and damaged psyches are the biggest impediment to psychosomatic repair; playing PsychoSoma will hopefully have an impact upon the sub-conscious mind by bypassing the conscious consent or niggling objections of the player through play. This is facilitated by several principles:</p>
<p>The body or part of the body plus its tumor (or otherwise damage or disease) is visually/symbolically reduced to something that can be stored digitally. In NLP terms (Neuro Linguistic Programming) this literally reduces something that seems total, i.e. imminent death, to something that is merely an object of observation that can be observed, studied, contemplated and held in the hand to be ultimately diminished in size until it no longer is a tumor. Yes, it is only symbolic, but it counts!</p>
<p>The player will be skilfully journeying around the body and its disease in nano submarine. (Fantastic Voyage/Inner Space) They will be confronting their tumor as a pilot of a vessel loaded up on a pulsating throbbing, electron crackling arsenal of blinding weaponry to destroy whatever disease occupies them at the time. There will also be an arsenal of exponentially reproducing nanobots and neuropeptide cannons for the repair of cells. They will have to skilfully deploy other fanciful machinery and energy beams pregnant with fresh DNA to repair tissue and rebuild the body. Not only is this symbolic; it is symbiotic! The idea is, that, a clear message has been sent to The Mighty Subconscious, which will hopefully respond with like and direct the body with its many medicines to begin to shrink the real tumor. What I mean is tricks of distraction, play, focus and symbolism, rather than &#8220;I will either beat this or I won&#8217;t and some of that is in the lap of the gods.&#8221; We get rid of fatalism, gods and dread and replace it with fun, engagement, purpose and victory. The eradication of your disease and subsequent repair is a job of work, and work is best done in a state of play in total immersion, from which we get a sense of craftsmanship. Psychosoma has another technological device to deepen the effect of this.</p>
<p>Alpha and Theta soundwave generators provide the soundtrack to Psychosoma. These devices are controversial but I believe them to be powerfully effective in altering the mind-state of anyone using them. They are supposed to put the brain into a similar state achieved by accomplished meditators. Our Psychosoma pilot is carrying out his or her mission to symbolically and therefore hopefully actually destroy their disease! This is done over a period of days and weeks giving the subconscious mind time to absorb the idea and directing the body to deploy its own defense systems in a realistic time frame. While engaged in destroying disease with laser beams and the like, the pilot is simultaneously repairing their cells with exotic machinery, sending all the right signals to their brain/body/subconscious, both attitudinally and physically. Their brain/mind is in a heightened state of suggestibility, however lucid, while they are carrying out this activity. It is now no longer relevant what beliefs or personality disorders they have, while he or she is submerged in play and awash with the caress of strange nourishing pulses and waves, the Psychosoma suite is going straight to the governing agencies of the brain and the body. It does this by using NLP techniques, plus a kind of hypnosis and suggestion on the back foot, during which the brain is all pliable, through focus, play and mild mind &#8211; mashedness.</p>
<p>The Pilot will also be able to choose from a list of affirmations, recitations and mantras that will be broadcast within the sound waves .With his or her mind all whoosy and mildly mashed, The Pilot will engage, bombard, deconstruct, dissolve, vaporise and nuke the blight, and all the time their mind will direct the whatever known or unknown psychosomatic repair agencies to follow. We don&#8217;t care how the body does it; we only know that the body does it. The body has its secrets&#8230;or as some Buddhists say, &#8220;Seven Hundred Medicines.&#8221; We just get behind and endorse them with like a director or conductor.</p>
<p>Cancer is the obvious disease to lead this with, because it is a disease comprised of rogue cells, and experiences the most remissions and eradications for sometimes no apparent reason. It does not however matter. People who are diabetic often report that their sugar levels are better when they are &#8220;in the zone.&#8221; That is, when they are achieving and in a flow state with their activities. Psychosoma maybe applicable to pretty much all injuries and illnesses to varying degrees. It is also a useful totem to the healthy &#8211; for example, the athlete, who wants to bring his cholesterol, levels down, or scrape the plaque from the walls of his arteries. A person pilots their nano submarine so that they may optimise or even augment their body&#8217;s performance. The demographic is therefore huge. Remember, while playing, the body is swimming in either alpha, theta or delta waves making it nice and receptive to the idea that the viruses, bacteria, rogue cells, and other sundry parasites or unbidden attacks are taking a hammering from the array of powerful weaponry, futurist technology and miraculous imagery that inspires the body with its Seven Hundred Medicines. There are many pain workshops that work on imagery, and Psychosoma greatly assists people with or without a great visual imagination to enhance that imagination and suspend disbelief and therefore bypass intellectual or nagging voices, doubts and obstacles. A Pilot may sail through a virtual representation of his own body, zapping stress hormones and widening his or her own arteries, while at the same time zapping internal organs with cell repairing artillery and fusing damaged cells. It is about immersion and repetition, until such time as The Pilot is soaked in the new belief that they are the boss and the body will comply.</p>
<p>Education, the Secondary Benefit</p>
<p>Psychosoma is primarily a healing and repair tool. It could also be the definitive working encyclopaedia and museum of the body. It is a passive educational aid. A Pilot will have a better working knowledge of the human body merely by voyaging through it.</p>
<p>Two Player</p>
<p>When it comes to the psychosomatic effect, there appears to be no conclusive proof that there is a mystical component. With the right mindset, sure we can be the boss of our own bodies, &#8220;get the mind right and the body will follow!&#8221; For me, Extra-personal or remote healing is for new-age bombastics on a self-aggrandisement trip. Therefore, I think it remains to be seen if having a two-player option is a good or a bad thing! If someone begins playing Psychosoma and it actually works; will it have a dilatory effect if his or her partner joins in because the Sub-conscious loves first-hand information? The Subconscious of the person with the tumor, for example, is not fully present at every part of the destruction of cancerous tissue, it might not, therefore acknowledge the impact the person&#8217;s partner or friend is having. Alternatively, the subconscious mind might just be interested in the net result of the battle and might be all too ready to reckon upon the efforts of the second player, without having to be there every step of the way &#8211; particularly if that person is a loved one. Fact is, I don&#8217;t know. One for the placebo test groups, I think. If it is proven, those secondary players have an impact on the psychosomatic healing of the first player; then we are into interesting territory for sure. This means that we can upload a person&#8217;s body and illness on the Internet and have a veritable blow up the Death Star type assault, involving many people; I&#8217;m guessing that the original person would have to be present. If that person is not present, then we are in the nebulous territory of remote healing and all the other bullshit that often accompanies that. Psychosoma makes no supernatural claims and cannot be sold on that basis. Faith has to be restored to an individual that they can dupe their mind/body into healing itself by soaking the brain in suggestibility and then pounding it vigorously with exotic and dazzling imagery and sound or by truly embracing self-empowerment.</p>
<p>Technology.</p>
<p>I am not sure if it is important for the sake of conviction, if it is a true reproduction of the tumour that is uploaded. There is probably all the generic software available to create a world inside a body, In this case, instead of uploading a 100% recorded image of the body/disease and transposing it into the 3d world of Psychosoma, the player creates a virtual version of his disease/injury by computer assisted drawing methods. This way there is a kind of confrontation and resolution. He or she has literally created the condition as has they have in their real body and they are now setting about the business of destroying it &#8211; might be useful. The disease is no longer deified &#8211; merely weeded out in a repetitive job of work, zapping stars with a jug of coffee in &#8216;Dark Star,&#8217; springs to mind.</p>
<p>Psycho Sonar</p>
<p>It is a shame to think that someone will miss out on this because they are blind. PsychoSonar, then, will be the same principle but with a sound textured audiodrome version, so that the Pilot may execute all the same devices but based upon a sonar sounding feedback environment.</p>
<p>Final Word</p>
<p>I am as secular as they come, but as someone who has been both a medical fugitive and a vagrant, I discovered that I had no choice but to get healthy on the medicine of mindset and attitude. I achieved what I consider to be miracles&#8230;maybe they were coincidences. Who knows how and why the psychosomatic effect works? Maybe there is a mystical component, maybe there isn&#8217;t? We may think of spiritual agencies being involved in healing, but if angels and gods are metaphoric, there does seem to be a correlation between a spiritual life and a long and healthy life. If God is the word, then it&#8217;s a good enough metaphor for me. It may be God it may the subconscious &#8211; I don&#8217;t care! That is how Psychosoma works. It is not interested in logic or conversely, new age bullshit. It is interested in tripping up the average malcontent mindset in order to program the subconscious mind with a new agenda. I draw no conclusions; I call upon no mystical truths or scientific facts. I merely believe in the body&#8217;s biomechanical ability to rule itself with its arsenal of material chemistry assisted by a by a robust and rightly aligned mindset.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Human beings are more than simply one dimensional; in fact we are multi dimensional emotional identities. You will find yourself feeling down at the lower end of the scale and at times and hopefully you will reach the other end of the scale more often to experience the emotions of joy and bliss and even ecstasy. What is far more interesting is another aspect of who we are and it speaks to the source of our life. On one side is our identity self and the other our divine self. No matter the situation you have assess to relief when conflict between the two is present.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s easy to recognize our identity self as it is the one we are quite familiar with. We each invented who we are. We will continue to shape and reshape our identity until we take the energy elsewhere. Whether you are 10 years old or 90 years old you have the identity you have come to know yourself to be. It is that life giving force within you that allows you to invent it as you have. It has always been a creative expression, a work of ongoing art, I&#8217;d say.<span id="more-2423"></span></p>
<p>On the other hand our highest self is rarely if ever given attention. Just exactly what is the divine self? Your divine self, as I like to refer to it, is that aspect allowing you to choose to give your attention to whatever you desire. In fact there is never a time in your life that you are unable to be the source of where you focus your attention. Now that is rather startling. Especially when we know that we love to look for what makes us happy. Why would we look elsewhere?</p>
<p>When you focus on your higher self or that aspect of yourself that is just as you like it to be, you evoke good feelings. When you are focusing on what you deem to be your flawed side, your inadequate side, or your limits and shortcomings, you evoke feelings less desirable. When you realize sustained emotions will begin to show up in the appearance of life, you naturally begin to better focus your attention. Your higher self is perfect and without flaws or limits. It judges not and sees everyone including the identity you have so artistically inventive and wonderful. The state of its existence is happiness, joy and freedom.</p>
<p>Focus on your higher self and come to know it as real as the world around you. It is as real as all the situations and circumstances of your life. You can find enormous relief by seeing things through the eyes of your higher self. Everything will turn out by trusting in your greater capacities. It takes only the willingness to reach for better feeling thoughts, to look for a better interpretation or story about the way things are and are going to be. Point yourself in a more hopeful direction. It&#8217;s your divine choice to do so.</p>
<p>Relief is realizing things are on their way towards the solution we allow to take place whether we are aware of the specifics of it or not. When you have that kind of trust you are truly allowing your highest self in. Just beyond the appearance of things, seemingly in hiding, are the feelings you are looking for. Look for it. It&#8217;s right in front of you. Create a vision of your future at peace with your self. See it growing more each day and see and your trust that all is moving towards the happy and joyful reality you have long desired to experience.</p>
