On non-lifting-days you’re going to want to lower your carbohydrate intake and raise your protein and good fat intakes. When we don’t need the glucose boost we want it out of our blood streams.

Because there is nothing that packs on extra fat weight than high blood levels of insulin and glucose day after day after day. Cycling is one of the keys to staying lean.
