3 Natural Inexpensive Cures For Acid Reflux
There are a lot of so called Natural Cures for Acid Reflux out there but how do you know which ones actually work? Well, you need to look at the ones that have been proven to work?
My personal favorite is Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). I just add 2 tablespoons of raw apple cider vinegar to my water (1 tablespoon in about 16 oz. of water… and then another 1 tablespoon in about 16 oz. of water later in the day) and sip it throughout the day (using a straw so my teeth aren’t affected).
I was diagnosed with acid reflux 3 years ago. The doctor put me on prilosec but I was hesitant to take any medications (because so much medicine out there does more damage than good) so after doing some research on natural cures for acid reflux, I decided to try the ACV. I have been taking ACV for 3 years now and it has not only cured the acid reflux but it also gives me tremendous energy. To be honest, some days, I just can not get by without it. Some people can not bare to drink it straight so instead, they drink it in apple juice or grape juice to disguise the taste.
