One of the teeth whitening at home options is using hydrogen peroxide. Combine hydrogen peroxide with baking soda, and you can also add some mint toothpaste to add some flavor. Pour water over the mixture until it becomes a thick paste. Apply some of this paste on your teeth everyday; you can do this after you brush your teeth in the morning. Keep the mixture on your teeth for about 10 to 15 minutes, then rinse. Practice this for 2 months, and you will eventually see the big change it will have on your teeth color. You can try adding some salt or toothpaste in the mixture once in a while. However, you’ll want to refrain from using this teeth whitening at home remedy if you have gingivitis or gum problems.

Does Drinking Coffee Aids Weight Loss? Good or Bad
