Quit Smoking Right Now Review – Can You Really Be Smoke-Free in Three Hours Without Cravings?

All too many people begin smoking at a very young age only to come to regret having picked up the habit later on in life. The standard thinking is that quitting smoking is one of the hardest things a person could ever do. Nicotine addiction is usually blamed for this. Now, a stop smoking program called Quit Smoking Right Now claims that people can learn how to quit smoking for life in less than three hours.

Not only that, the program claims that people can stop smoking without gaining weight or suffering a single major craving and also without using drugs, pills, patches or expensive herbal supplements.

I have to say that when I first heard these claims, I thought it sounded too good to be true. And you know the old saying “if it sounds too good to be true, it is.”

Still, I was intrigued and decided to get the program to see what it’s all about. This Quit Smoking Right Now review tells you what I found.

Quit Smoking Right Now came into being when a noted Internet entrepreneur, Rick Beneteau, met with therapist Rick Saruna. Rick S’s undergraduate training was in business and psychology. He’s been an ongoing student of psychology and human potential, with certifications and training in a laundry list of personal development methods, including NLP, the Emotional Freedom Technique, Reiki, energy psychology, timeline therapy, the Silva Method and still others.

They will claim that the first reaction is a feeling of being at ease, but this is only the psychological reaction of submitting to a drug when one is addicted to it.

The second reaction is the raising of stress levels caused most likely by the increased levels of carbon monoxide in the nicotine. Oftentimes, the raised stress levels can mentally fatigue the smoking, making his slightly tired, yet anxious afterward.

The biggest misconception where smokers logic starts to go wrong, is thinking that smoking cigarettes is a “be all end all” stress reliever. As stated above, there is a moment of instant gratification as the smoker takes the first few puffs of their cigarette. This is simply because they have a psychological and physical addiction. They get a psychological sense of relief when they get their “fix”. Read more…
