Have you ever wondered why most Americans are getting fatter every year? If you go to your local shopping mall, you can see a lot of people with big guts. It is projected that Americans will have to pay more medical and hospital cost because they are eating unhealthy foods. 1. Too much fast food restaurants.
Fast food is cheap and generally unhealthy. If you look at any shopping mall today, the majority of the restaurants are usually fast food joints. Furthermore, they are particular attractive to low income people because they are cheap, tasty and convenient.
2. Healthy food cost too much.
