Returns Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied or change your mind you can find information on how to return your items below.

Our returns policy applies for 14 days. If 14 days have passed after you receive your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may not issue a refund if the product has been tampered with, or where applicable, the hygiene seal is broken.

We only refund postage costs on faulty or damaged products.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund will be given. For example, if non-faulty items are returned damaged or used in any way.

You can claim a refund on a faulty or damaged item within 30 days of receiving your product. We may offer to replace or repair the product. If you request a refund, we will include the full price you paid, plus any reasonable postage cost for returning the product to us.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we cannot accept back products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.


If you do not receive a refund, first please double check your bank account.

Contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
